We took Madison to the Dr. in Casper to see what they were gonna do for her leg on Monday. The Dr. said it needed casted for about 3 to 4 weeks and she would be good as new. We picked a rainbow camo color for her cast. She did awesome until they put the cast on and I wanted to cry with her. But as soon as they were done she was back to our smiling Madison.

All I can say is she's one tuff cookie! Shes all over the place now, crawling, playing with toys sis brings her, and has been standing next to coach a lot. I am glad the Dr. gave us a walking boot cause she'll be on the move again any day now.

No more monkeys jumping off the recliner!

Saturday morning Madison learned that not all things are fun to do. Like go to the ER for a broken right leg(tibia bone)!
Ya she was playing and decided it was a great idea to jump off the recliner. Well maybe it wasn't such a great idea after all.

Madison at the ER (sorry taken with phone)

X-RAY from ER

She did very well in the ER, the only time she cried was when they put the splint on. And of course she came home with stickers galore!

Sis was liking the bed in the living room!

Alli wanted to make Sis smile playing hind in seek

Coloring is a must when you can't do anything else

Mommy and girls colored Madi's splint
We also painted our toes!

Love means so many things!

To Love Means....
to give
to dream
to undergo heartache
to endure pain
To Love Means...
to experience joy
to want
to need
to give praise when praise is due
To Love Means...
to care for one another
to open your heart
to travel the road less taken

To Love Means...
to understand
to accept
to take and give
to pray
To Love Means...
to fail
to depend
to cray
to hold each other tight

To Love Means...
to surprise
to bring peace
to change
to try
To Love Means...
to grow up
to fall in and out of love
to succeed
to unite as one.

Greg and I have been together for 8 years, yes 8 years! Wow!
I wrote this for him that first year and looking back now I know
that everything in this poem was right. And everyday I need to look at this and say To Love Means....

State Fair!

We took the girls to the State Fair this year to ride some rides, look at things, and just have a day of fun. It was great cause this year they were right at the height for all the little kids rides. They rode the roller-coaster, the motor cycles, space ships, and the ferrous wheel.

They girls also won fish! Yes we all know that fair fish die but I thought it would be great for them to try. Well guess what we have 4 fish now. Yes 4! They made it, don't know how but they did. Do they have names, well the girls call them all kinds of things so nope not really. They only won two fish, but cousin Taton won two also and wanted to put them in grandma Becky's pond. But we all thought it would be best to bring them home to live with ours. Grandmas fish would have had them for lunch.
